  • All conferences are now complete.
  • Nintendo begins tomorrow morning at 9am, however they don’t have a conference planned, only Treehouse Live, which will be going on all week.
  • The only game being showcased by Nintendo is The Legend of Zelda for WiiU & NX.

If for some reason you missed all the excitement that is the 2016 Electronic Entertainment Expo’s press events, here’s a quick, no bullshit recap of all of the major media briefings, except Nintendo. They are only doing The Legend of Zelda for WiiU/NX gameplay, and that’s it. If they surprise us with a Direct or something, I’ll cover it. I will update each conference ASAP.

      • Other than an extremely cryptic story trailer, no other details.
  • Spiderman PS4
    • Gameplay trailer, third person action.
    • Swinging fast through the streets. Combat looks like Arkham.
    • Rocksteady? Or at least the same engine? Don’t know.
  • Days Gone (continued)
    • Gameplay demo.
    • Third person open world, or so it seems. Looks very Last of Us.
    • Weird creature attacking the character, I think someone let Gollum out of the Lord of the Rings camp.
    • On second thought, it’s more World War Z with how these damn zombies keep coming and flow over each other.
  • Montage Trailer
    • Games coming to PS4, announced last year, this year, and in between.

Nintendo

Nintendo is not doing anything this year in terms of a press conference / media briefing. Not even a Nintendo Direct. Only showing off gameplay from The Legend of Zelda for WiiU/NX, which will be a part of Nintendo Treehouse Live. As a result, unless they surprise us with a Direct on Tuesday, I will not be covering Nintendo beyond this.
